Job Title: Massage Therapist

Location: High Wycombe

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, various shifts in 20hrs

Salary: £11- £13/hr

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our client’s customers.

Responsibilities:

· Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and others.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the massage therapy rooms and equipment.

· Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care techniques.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a licensed Massage Therapist

· Proficiency in various massage techniques and modalities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong customer service orientation

· Must be qualified to BTEC / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (International qualifications welcome)

· Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week

· Able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

· Willingness to learn more advanced techniques from our TMC Certified training program

· Perform consecutive 50-minute to 80-minute quality massage therapy sessions (regular breaks are mandatory)

· Promote our internal upgrades of hot stones, scalp massage, aromatherapy, or ‘fantastic foot treatment’ (all will be trained)

· Must be eligible to work in the UK

· Must be able to speak a standard of English that enables you to communicate professionally with our clients
