Master Technician

Master Technician – Welwyn Garden City –  Main Dealership – £35,000

We are working with a Main dealership in the area who are looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their busy Service Department.

• Hours: full time flexible, 40 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis OR shift patterns 
• Basic plus OTE up to £60,000
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Key Master Technician Roles and Responsibilities:

• As Master Technician you will undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
• Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards
• To be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always met

 Minimum Master Technician Requirements:

• Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
• Have at least 2 years’ experience after a qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic (or similar)
• Must have a Driving License
• Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
