The Role:
As a Master Technician, you will play a pivotal role in performing diagnostics and repairs using specialised equipment.
Responsibilities:
-Complete job cards and technical write-ups meeting warranty requirements.
-Understand customer-reported faults through effective communication.
-Stay updated with the latest manufacturing training to maintain Master Technician status.
-Provide direction and support to fellow technicians when required.
-Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by supervisors or managers, playing a leading role in the workshop.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as a Master Technician or in a similar role.
-Possess motor trade experience.
-MOT testing license. (Preferred)
-Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
