Key Responsibilities of the Math Instructor:

3. Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance student comprehension and critical thinking skills.
4. Assess student progress through various forms of evaluation, including quizzes, tests, projects, and class participation.
5. Provide timely feedback to students and communicate their academic progress to parents and guardians.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the mathematics program and participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices.
7. Serve as a mentor and role model for students, instilling a passion for lifelong learning and academic excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid teaching certification or licensure for secondary education.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and pedagogical strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
