Job Salary: £30,000 - £46,001 per annum

Job Contract: Full time, permanent

Teaching Personnel Permanent Workforce are currently working alongside a Secondary School located in Addlestone, who are seeking a Mathematics Teacher to join their branch in Surrey, to start in September 2024 or sooner. ECTs and Graduates are encouraged to apply. You will be expected to be able to deliver minimum GCSE Mathematics within a Secondary School, working with students within a classroom base and on a 1:1 basis as and where needed for further development.

Job Role: 

• You will be required to teach GCSE Mathematics to students aged 11 - 16
• Provide 1:1 support to students as and where needed
• Liaise with the Head of Department regarding creative ways to develop the curriculum
• Provide constructive feedback to students following exams/tests

Job Requirements:

• UK recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent) with QTS
• Prior experience teaching Mathematics at GCSE level
• Minimum Bachelors Degree within the subject
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or no prior cautions or convictions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
