About us The Faculty of Medical Sciences brings together six UCL divisions and institutes – UCL Cancer Institute, Eastman Dental Institute, Division of Medicine, Division of Infection and Immunity, Division of Surgery and Interventional Sciences and the UCL Medical School. The faculty is dedicated to delivering world-class medical education and developing translational research that benefits patients and society in the UK and globally. About the role We are recruiting for two Clinical Placements Administrators, one permanent post at The Whittington Hospital in Archway and one fixed term contract available until March 2025 based at The Royal Free Hospital campus in Hampstead. The post holders will each be part of a site-based team responsible for organising and timetabling clinical placements and associated assessments for undergraduate medical students. They will work in collaboration with the Placements Coordinator to organise placement timetables within a year of study and will take direct responsibility for placements in one or more modules. About you The successful candidate will be a proactive administrator able to work with and manipulate complex data; to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders; and to prioritise their own workload to meet time critical deadlines. They will be accurate in their work and skilled at planning ahead; and will have a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality service to staff and students to train Tomorrow’s UCL Doctors.
