Role overview
Strensham Motorway Service area on the M5 Junction 8 – close to Worcester, Tewkesbury and Pershore is looking to recruit Crew Members to join our growing McDonald’s team.
If you are a student looking for a flexible job to work around your studies – this is a perfect job role for you!
Being a Crew Member means you are the face of our McDonald’s unit and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times. We will provide you with excellent on-job training and support to carry out the role effectively. Training will include how to deliver excellent customer service, operational brand standards and all elements of health and food safety procedures.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary Under 21- £7.28; 21-22 £8.46 over 23 £9.11 plus many other great benefits.

What You will do:
Use The ‘Vital Ingredients’ to deliver hot fresh food, in a clean and friendly restaurant, giving customers a great experience each visit, every time
Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant
Provide friendly, fast and accurate service
QUALITY, SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS
Complete tasks and activities in line with training/SOCs, company guidelines and management direction
Adhere to McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness
Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures
Follow the ‘Fix Up, Work Sharp’ guidelines and take pride in your personal appearance
Take responsibility for your training in all areas; look for opportunities to improve and develop
Experience:
No experience is necessary as we will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to carry out the role
