M&E Commissioning Manager – Construction – Student Accommodation / PRS project  
Sector: Building / Construction 


Company:
My client is a leading building main contractor seeking a M&E Commissioning Manager to work on a multi-million pound Student Accommodation / PRS project in Bristol.

 

Duration:

Seeking someone for a 6 – 8 week assignment.


Role:

  • Oversee and monitor the commissioning process for new construction projects.
  • Ensure that all systems are installed and functioning correctly before project completion.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during the commissioning process in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and Project Managers on the status of commissioning activities.


Requirements: 
To be considered for this M&E Commissioning Manager role you must meet the following criteria:
- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as an M&E Commissioning Manager.
- Previous experience / knowledge in building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Extra Care Housing, MOJ, Industrial, Education or Healthcare.
-Relevant Accreditation.
-Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc). 
Remuneration:
The successful M&E Commissioning Manager will receive:
*Competitive day rate or fixed term salary.
