M&E Senior Estimator

M&E Senior Estimator | London | up to £90,000 | main contractor

An award-winning M&E specialist contractor with multiple regional offices, have big plans for the future!

With lots of tenders already won for the new year, they are now looking for an M&E Senior Estimator to initially support multiple tenders on major, landmark projects on a wide range of properties in all major sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, leisure and historic restorations (new builds, refurbishments and fitouts!).

In your role as M&E Senior Estimator, you will be supporting a Pre-Construction team lead by a Pre-Construction Director and Managing Estimators and offering guidance and support to the Assistant and Trainee Estimators within the team, tendering for projects that range from education and hospitals to warehouses.

The successful M&E Senior Estimator will have prior experience as a M&E Senior Estimator within the construction industry.

Requirements for this M&E Senior Estimator position:

• Previous experience working as an M&E Senior Estimator within construction.
• Full UK Driving License and own car preferred
• You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
