M&E Site Supervisors

Your new company
One of Northern Ireland's leading M&E Building Services contractors who have a rich history of delivering a wide range of projects throughout Northern Ireland and the mainland UK. Due to successfully being awarded a number of new projects this company are expanding and are currently seeking both Mechanical & Electrical Site Supervisors to oversee installation works on projects based in Northern Ireland and UK Mainland.

Your new role
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the mechanical/electrical site services installation reporting to the Contracts Manager.

• Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that the client requirements are met on time and within budget to high standards.
• Liaise with the Contracts Manager and client on KPI development and implementation.
• Track and report works against project programme at Client / Main Contractor update meetings.
• Planning and management of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors.
• Work safely, ensuring the safety and well-being of yourself, colleagues, customers and visitors.
• Ability to work individually and as an integral member of a team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Plumber or Electrician with previous site supervisory experience on large-scale installation projects. You will be an articulate and organised individual with solid understanding of HVAC or Electrical installations and systems. Applicants must have a clean driving licence.
