A good understanding of the meat industry will be key to success in this role. You'll have a background in protein buying and be focussed on quality, ethical and sustainable sourcing. Identifying and building long-term relationships with suppliers and farmers will be a big part of what you can do, alongside demonstrating strong negotiation skills and cross-team collaboration.
