(Mechanic) - Position Overview

As a fundamental part of their workshop team, the job is vital for the smooth and consistent performance of their fleet. Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, duties of the role include servicing, repair, pre-MOT testing and inspection of all company vehicles. All work should be completed to the approved standards in accordance with the manufacturer, also ensuring that vehicles are always maintained to the highest possible standard as is associated with the business.

(Mechanic) - Position Requirements

• Strong work ethic.
• Self-Motivated
• Able to work both within a team and independently
• Good Diagnostic skills
• Ability to work to timelines.
• Excellent technical knowledge of commercial and plant vehicles.
• Strong communicator and effective in a small team.
• Previous experience working within a commercial vehicle workshop.

(Mechanic) - Position Remuneration

• £30k - £40k, depending on experience
• Monday - Friday (37 hours) flexible over 5 days
• Mon- Thurs 7am - 6pm
• Friday 7am - 3pm
• Onsite parking
• Heated workshop
• On site canteen facilities
• Company Pension
• Overtime available @ time and a half.
