Mechanical Contract Manager

Our client is an established regional contractor delivering a wide range of M&E services around Manchester and surrounding counties. Their project base is predominantly within the commercial, residential, retail and education industries.
Moving into the second half of 2024., the have decide to create the role of Contracts manager to help drive their mechanical business forward.
The successful individual will provide a full 360 range of contracts management, from estimating through delivery and onto handover. You will be working with tier one contractors to deliver a variety of mechanical building services schemes.

To apply for this role you must meet the following criteria:
* Mechanical Contract Manager with demonstrable experience
* Estimating experience
* A range of contacts within the M&E industry
* Experience working alongside tier one contractors
* Technical engineering knowledge of a range of relevant mechanical services
* Based in the Manchester / Lancashire area
* Full driving license
* Fully eligible to work in the UK
This position is a salaried role offering early responsibility and will suit an individual looking to take on a long-term project and build a legacy.
