Mechanical Contracts Manager

Mechanical Contracts Manager, required for our client, a plumbing and heating specialist, based in Gloucestershire. The Mechanical Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing a number of small projects, as well as ongoing servicing and reactive works throughout the area. The value of the small works, will range from 10,000 to 200,000.
The candidate MUST have experience in a previous Mechanical Contracts Managers role. The candidate would ideally come from a technical background within the HVAC sector, specicially, commercial heating.

Preparing cost pricing and estimates for new mechanical / HVAC works / reactive worksCarry out any amendments or variations to existing projects / contractsReview technical drawings and specifications for take offs to create a materials listRegular contact with customers to keep them updatedManaging labour, both direct and sub-contractorsWorking from the office in Gloucester and visiting sites around the local area as and when required.
