Your new company As our clients latest Project Design Engineer you will join unique manufacturing firm who specialise in offering fully automated production solutions - you will be based from their HQ in Banbridge, County Down. Our client supply mainly into the food sector and have gained an excellent reputation for the bespoke and innovative solutions.Your new roleIn the role of Project Design Engineer you will join an established team of Engineer and work initially as part of the team, producing high quality bespoke designs for high value projects. You will play in active role in the overall project and work closely with the customer as well as the production team on site to ensue projects are running on time and to budget. As your experience grows you will eventually lead projects and have full responsibility and be the main point of contact for the customer. In this role your focus will be primarily on design, but it offers you the opportunity play a lead role in projects from initial concept right through to final delivery. What you'll need to succeedTo secure the role of Project Design Engineer you should have a 3rd level qualification in Engineering - ideally a Degree, 2 years previous experience working in a Design role and strong leadership skills and a desire to take responsibility. Candidates with previous experience in any type of conveyor system would be advantageous.
