Mechanical Design Engineer - To £55k + Package

Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer who is passionate about sustainability and would like to work in a forward-thinking consultancy?

This well-respected global Engineering Design and Sustainability Consultancy are looking for a Mechanical (HVAC) Design Engineer to join their team in London. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for a range of complex projects including hotels, science and research facilities, cultural buildings, and universities.

They remain committed to sustainability and their flexible working. You'll be allowed to work from abroad for up to two months a year, finish at 1.30pm finish every Friday, work flexible hours, and operate a hybrid working policy.

You'll be joining a firm of around 1000 engineers who have pioneered many aspects of building services engineering. Soe of their accolades include designing NZC data centres, naturally ventilated labs, the most sustainable school in the UK and have won "CIBSE Consultancy of the Year" for several years in a row.

You will join a team of experts who are passionate about sustainability and committed to integrating it into MEP services. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects whilst you contribute to the company's ongoing growth and success.

The role will be based on their recently completed London HQ, which has achieved BREEAM excellent and is a Smart Building, reflecting the company's commitment to sustainability.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar with at least three years of experience in the design and development of mechanical systems.
• Good understanding of HVAC and above ground drainage
• Able to use AutoCAD, Revit or IESVe.
• Able to work from the UK, without the need to be sponsored.
