Responsibilities:
* Machinery Design:
* Lead the design and development of advanced machinery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Generate detailed 3D models, assembly drawings, and specifications using Solidworks.
* Collaboration:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of designs into the production process.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.
* Prototyping and Testing:
* Oversee the prototyping and testing phases, analyzing results to iterate and improve designs.
* Identify and troubleshoot design issues during prototyping, working towards optimal solutions.
* Project Management:
* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
* Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress and key milestones.
* Continuous Improvement:
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to incorporate into design processes.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of design tools, methodologies, and standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in machinery design.
* Proficiency in Solidworks and other relevant design software.
* Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
