As the go-to Mechanical Designer Engineer, you will draft a range of projects, working from concept to completion. You will work alongside specialist cross functional teams to develop cutting-edge drone systems, developing structural housings as well as other areas.
The company is a well-established, financially sound industrial engineering business. They have provided waste management solutions for over ten years and off the back of recent projects, are looking towards a bright and profitable future.
This role will suit a Mechanical Designer Engineer with experience in FEA and familiarity with composite materials, who is looking for a progressive and varied role, with development, a range of exciting projects, a good package, and a work-life balance.
Role;
* Design new and existing products, concept to completion
* Integrate mechanical systems into UAVs
* Development and testing of prototypes
* Work to high manufacturing standards
Person;
* Knowledge of FEA / CFD Software
* Knowledge of thermal management solutions or similar
* Previously worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer
* Worked with Robotics, Drones, Aerospace or similar
