As an Associate, you'll engage in a variety of projects with diverse responsibilities and the freedom to work independently. You'll also assist in resource planning and project management under the guidance of the Regional Director

What will the responsibilities include:
- Supporting and occasionally substituting for the Regional Director in overseeing technical and commercial aspects of designated projects.
- Staying updated on industry best practices and advancements in Building Services design.
- Cultivating a strong professional network and participating in industry events.
- Contributing to the management of technical and commercial aspects of projects.
- Establishing and maintaining technical standards.
- Reviewing and approving work completed by others.
- Mentoring & guidance for graduates and less experienced members of the team.
What will you require:
- Holding a degree BEng or Meng, with a minimum of 10 years in the field of Building services.
- Demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
- Showing initiative and commitment to continuous skill development.
- Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships internally and externally.
- Applying technical expertise to problem-solving.
- Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Leading and motivating staff through personal example.
- Exhibit reliability and a responsible work ethic.
