Mechanical Design Engineer-Motorsport   South Essex Salary-up to £65k  Monday-Friday  The company: Based in South Essex, you will be joining a national leading company who specialise in the design, development and manufacturing of high-class solutions working within Automotive and Motorsport.    Due to their continued progression in the industry, they are seeking an Experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with Motorsport level (Powertrain) experience to work in their growing design team.   Essential duties and responsibilities: Implement build manuals and technical documents from start to finish. Working alongside the engineering team to oversee manufacturing processes. Fault analysis of failed components, reporting on faults. Use of CATIA V5 to create models, assemblies, and detailed technical drawings. This is just a summed-up list of responsibility and other duties will be required. Skills and Experience required: The ability to use CATIA V5 to create technical drawings and models. The ability to use EFAC’s for data management and bills of materials. Understanding and ability to control manufacturing processes. The ability to work with a wide range of engineering teams.
