Superb role on offer for a Design Engineer looking to join a growing company, working with exciting industries within precision engineering, offering excellent product specific training to become an expert in the industry.
Do you have experience using AutoDesk Inventor or similar 3D software? Are you looking to work within an exciting, innovative industry?

You will be engaging in the full design process of precision engineered parts, producing technical 3D and 3D drawings, designing for manufacturer contributing to quotations and liaising with both design and production staff.
This company specialise in precision engineering components, for the aerospace and automotive industry. Due to a period of growth, they are looking to bring in an additional member of the Design team to cope with demands. They are well-established, and have a sister company in Europe, maintaining their reputation for high quality products for major manufacturers.
The ideal candidate will have a good experience using 3D CAD software, ideally Inventor or SolidWorks. A solid Mechanical engineering background, and ideally someone with experience in precision engineering specifically. Specific product training will be provided to allow the right candidate to progress. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting company and develop your skills within the industry.

• 2D & 3D Designing using Inventor software
• Designing for manufacture
• Working with design and manufacturing teams

• Mechanical Design Engineer, Technical Design Engineer, Design Engineer, CAD Technician, CAD Engineer
• Experience with 3D CAD software
• Mechanical Engineering background/Precision Engineering background
• Previous industry experience as a Design Engineer/CAD Technician
