Your new role
For your new role, you will assist on helping on Nuclear Projects that are at the forefront of innovation & change. You will have the following responsibilities: writing works test requirement documentation and Integrated works test documents for Plant, Equipment and machinery and O&M Manuals. You will be providing support to resolution of manufacturing, inspection and test Technical Queries/production permits/concessions as well as having interactions with other disciplines.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be Degree Qualified with detailed design knowledge of mechanical mechanisms or bespoke equipment. You will have a demonstrated record of maintaining own skills and knowledge at the forefront of the field. Desirable skills include; knowledge of delivering against legislative, regulatory and company policy standards and procedures e.g. safety, quality, risk, security with knowledge of CAD Packages AutoCAD & Inventor). Knowledge of relevant drawing standards BS8888, BS5070 and BS EN 61082 is also desirable.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an Excellent Base Salary of between £40,000 and £80,000, dependent on experience. Our client is hiring Mechanical Engineers on multiple levels, from Mid-level career to Senior Engineers, so salary will be based upon experience. You will also have the option to work Hybrid within your role. Additional benefits include; dental & medical insurance, Pension Plan & excellent training and development.
