JOB TITLE: Mechanical & Electrical Engineer - Static

LOCATION: Chelsea

PACKAGE:

• £45k basic salary + overtime
• Includes company mobile phone, uniform, and specialist tools
• Overtime rates at time and a half
• 25 days annual leave, rising to 28 days plus bank holidays with length of service

JOB INFORMATION - Mechanical & Electrical Engineer - Static

• The position is based on a high end lucary apartment block in Chelsea where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as mechanical ppms and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant, plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, valves etc
• Mechanical maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, plants rooms along with electrical maintenance such as emergency lighting, firelalarms, LEDS etc
• You will join a team of 1 Mechanical Engineer and 1 electrician

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Mechanical Engineer - Mobile

• The ideal Mechanical & Electrical Engineer will have experience of working on mechanical/electrical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with good knowledge and hands on experience with HVAC, mechanical and plantroom service and maintenance, electrical ppms' and renedials, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing etc
• Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance will be essential along with the ability to change/diagnose valves/strainers/pumps/pressurisation units/pressure vessels etc
