SalaryMy client is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to be based in Farringdon within a commercial building. The successful candidates will be Mechanically biased with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, working with the maintenance team on site.

- 08:00am - 17:00pm
- Monday - Friday
- 25 per hour
- City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- An understanding of the following is essential: L8 Water treatment, Pumps, Air Handling units
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
- Monitor the BMS systems.
- Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
