We are working with an education provider in the Warwickshire area who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Tutor to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

The role will involve delivering Mechanical Engineering teaching on their level 2/3 programme, and the delivery would be a mix of theoretical and practical sessions. Most of the teaching would be classroom sessions around Engineering Principles and Engineering Maths, and the workshop-based teaching would involve Mechanical Maintenance and Fluid Power. The Fluid Power sessions would involve hands-on training using LJ Create hydraulic test rigs.

The starting salary for this position is up to £39,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), and the package would also include a teacher's pension (with employer contributions of 28.68%), and an extensive non-term time holiday allocation.

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 qualification in Engineering
-Good knowledge of Fluid Power
-Good knowledge of engineering theory
-A teaching qualification OR previous experience of teaching engineering
