About the Role:
As a Mechanical Estimator with us, you will hold a pivotal role in our high-profile projects, overseeing the compilation of Mechanical estimates, forecasting project costs, and meticulously crafting detailed budgets. Your responsibilities will span from tender management to value engineering, ensuring the seamless execution of our projects and maintaining our stellar reputation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Tender Management: Navigate tender inquiries with precision, maintaining our company’s high standards.
- Comprehensive Documentation Review: Dive into tender documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Design and Operations to align tender designs with client expectations.
- Quotation Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of received quotations, ensuring competitive pricing.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong client relationships through active participation in meetings throughout the tender process.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience working as a Mechanical Estimator.
- HNC or Equivalent
- proficient in Microsoft Office software
- has experience working on commercial shell and core projects.
- Desirable experience working with the Trimble software.
- Willingness to learn and a desire to contribute to a progressive organization.
