Are you an experienced Mechanical Estimator that is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to work on varied large scale projects?

This company provide a wide variety of building support services to a wide range of domestic and commercial clients within both the public and private sectors. They are currently looking for a new Mechanical Estimator to join the team supporting both the contracts and bid teams to ensure successful tender and completion of projects.
In this role you will carry out a variety of tasks including, cost estimating, bid preparation, reviewing project specifications and ensuring all mechanical elements are within assigned budgets. You will be working on projects with a value up to £10 million, the role will predominantly be based in the Enfield office with site visits required across the South East depending on the project.
The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude and experience with estimating/costing. You will need to have great numerical skills, the ability to work as part of a team and experience using estimating software on the computer.

*Mechanical Estimator
*Supporting Bid and Contract Teams
*Project size up to £10 million
*Office based in Enfield
*Site Visits across South East in line with project requirements
The Person:
*Mechanical background/aptitude
*Experience with costing and estimating
*Bid/negotiation experience is preferred
*Mathematical experience, good numeracy skills
*UK driving license, able to pass advanced DBS check
