Are you a estimator with experience working in the residential and commercial Building Services industry looking to join a company who will provide you with the tools to enhance your career, and where your development will be celebrated with limitless progression opportunities over time?

This company are developing year on year, with their headcount almost doubling last year alone, their ambitious and specialist team are providing services that put them miles ahead of their competitors.
In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day estimating activities which include costing a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. You will be generating detailed mechanical documentation for turnkey commercial projects, whilst liaising with a wide range of suppliers to obtain specialist equipment.
This role would suit a seasoned estimator within the Building Services industry, looking to jump into a progressive role within a successful company.
The role:

• Obtaining estimates and prices from supplied and building a network of suppliers
• Creating and delivering tender presentations
• Following up tenders and securing projects
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships with current clients and potential new clients
• Liaising with contract managers, procurement departments and the wider commercial department to generate a seamless link through the entirety of the projects

The person:

• Experience in a mechanical estimating role essential
• Full UK/ROI driving licence
