Are you a Mechanical Fitter looking for a workshop based role for a long standing company, offering inhouse training on special purpose machinery and plenty of optional overtime to drastically increase your earnings?

On offer is a great opportunity to join an industrial manufacturing company offering a Monday to Friday, days-based role working within a tight-knit team.

In this hands-on role you will be marking out, drilling, tapping, and using a range of power tools to assemble machinery in the workshop, working with sub-assemblies, bearings, pipework, driveshafts, pneumatics, and conveyors. There will be ongoing shadowing and the opportunity to progress into installations and commissioning once fully trained.

Established 40 years ago, this company supply their specialist manufacturing machinery primarily into the North American market. With a team of 40 employees including a selection of skilled Fitters, they are now looking to expand their team in line with their continued success.

This role would suit a Mechanical Fitter looking for a stable, secure, days-based role with optional overtime to boost their earnings.

The Role:

Building special purpose machinery in the workshop

Marking out, drilling, tapping, and using a range of power tools

Working with sub-assemblies, pneumatics, bearings, driveshafts, and pipework

Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 6pm, finish at 3:30pm on Friday
