SalaryRSW Ltd are recruiting for Mechanical Maintenance for a manufacturing company based in Port Talbot.
Salary :£38,000 to £46,000 depending on experience
These positions could be on a Temp to Perm or a permanent basis.
Working on a 24 Panama Rota basis average week 43 hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
- Respond to breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
- Diagnose faults and repair equipment.
- Upkeep of reports and records.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Experience
- Experience in FMCG
- Previous experience in a BRC Certified workplace. (desirable)
- Machining and Welding (desirable)
- Previous experience reacting to mechanical breakdowns.
Qualifications
- HNC/HND Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Time served mechanical apprenticeship.
- Counterbalance forklift licence. (advantageous – not essential)
