Responsibilities:
- Conducting Mechanical Maintenance activities within a healthcare environment in Oxford.
- Static role, ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Performing maintenance on pressure systems, HVAC units, pumps, motors, and boilers.
- Conducting regular checks and inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and address urgent maintenance needs promptly.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in mechanical plant maintenance.
- Familiarity with pressure systems, HVAC units, pumps, motors, boilers, and other mechanical equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Full driving license.
