Salary Active Recruiters are proud to be recruiting for our Building Services client, specialising in Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning.
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer ( Mechanically Bias ) preferably having worked in the building services industry, with experience to perform reactive and planned maintenance work on HVAC filter changes and basic general maintenance, pump, belt and valve service replacements. Plumbing and associated works including TMV and TRV replacement including minor building flood damage/burst pipes, isolation's.
Working area will cover, Hampshire surrounding area's as well as London.
Package:
* £32 - £36K Salary
* Travel Pay
