Mondays to Friday Days – 7-4

Location – Bradford

The Company

ATA Recruitment are working with a global firm within the heavy industry, who specialise within marine structures and vessels, rail infrastructure, plastics and much more. As the Mechanical Maintenance engineer you will be working on a wide variety of equipment including hydraulics systems, pumps, gearboxes, Rams, rotatory equipment, grease units, shredders, pressers and much more.

The Role

As an Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Making regular checks on machinery according to a planned schedule
• Regular maintenance work such as oiling and cleaning
• Replacing parts on a planned basis after a certain number of hours
• Checking and calibrating equipment to make sure it is accurate
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive service and maintenance records

Requirements

To be a successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, our client requires:

• Have a level 3 qualification/apprenticeship in either mechanical or electrical engineering
• Be confident fault finding both mechanically and electrically with experience working within a control panel and hydraulic experience.
• Have previous experience working in a maintenance background, heavy background is highly desirable
