My client who work within automotive manufacturing is seeking a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. As the Business Development Manager you will lead a small, dedicated team in developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Key Details: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Monday to Thursday – 4 day working week.
• Temporary to permanent contract.
• Salary negotiable, overtime paid at 1.5x.
• Extensive benefits package.

Duties and Experience: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Reporting to the Production Manager, duties to include preventative maintenance on machines and equipment as well as responding to emergency machine break downs throughout the plant.
• Overhaul and repair of machines and equipment on site ensuring that they are safe, working efficiently and fit for purpose.
• Preventative & reactive maintenance of all manufacturing machinery.
• Overhaul, upkeep and repair of all mechanical & pneumatic machinery, fault finding, testing, removal and/or adjustments of existing fixtures & fittings.
• Undertake repairs and servicing to the highest standard.
• Produce & maintain jigs & fixtures to engineering drawings.
• Time served in repair and maintenance, knowledge of Pneumatics, Hydraulics.
• Experience and working knowledge of air tools, compressors, electrical, welding machinery and sewing machines.
