Location: Livingston, EH54 5DE.
Salary: GBP32,000 per annum.
Contract: Full time, permanent. Monday to Friday 8am 5pm.
Holidays: 28 days including public holidays.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team in Livingstone.

Main duties of the role:

• Carry out day to day repairs.
• Fault finding.
• Maintenance of food production machinery and associated equipment.
• Be responsible for installation of new equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance.
• Reduce downtime, troubleshooting.
• Projects -continuous improvement.

What we need from you

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Basic fabrication with good mechanical ability
• Good technical knowledge of process and equipment maintenance
• Working knowledge of electrical control panel systems
• Hands on experience of manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting within a food manufacturing environment.
