Mechanical Operations Manager

There aren’t many Mechanical Contractors in the East Midlands with a rich history spanning over 100 years. This is one of them, and they are looking for a Mechanical Operations Manager to be a huge part of their next 100.
Development and investment in the team is a key factor in the company’s way of working and this has led to low staff turnover and a closeknit team.
This Mechanical Operations Manager role is for a leading Mechanical Contractor who have maintained a reputation for quality across all areas of the business. You will be head of Operations and will be instrumental in maintaining excellence in all areas of delivery.
As Mechanical Operations Manager, you will be:
* Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the business
* Identifying opportunities for change and growth within the business
* Participating in all programs relating to performance evaluations and career development planning
* Reviewing high level desirables across all projects
* Maximising the company’s profit margins by exploring delivery efficiencies
* Producing weekly and monthly management reports
We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as an Operations Manager, Mechanical Operations Manager, Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager or Senior Mechanical Project Manager. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND or BSc in Mechanical Building Services Engineering
As Mechanical Operations Manager your salary will be within the £70K region plus a Company car. As part of your employment with the company you will receive automatic enrolment in the private healthcare scheme as well as and the pension scheme. Company iPhone, iPad and laptop provided as expected.
