You will be responsible for the preparation of tenders, negotiating prices with suppliers as well as conducting site measurements. You will also be responsible for managing the team of engineers and subcontractors.

The Role:

• Create tenders for clients and negotiate suppliers pricing
• Carry out site visits for measurements and build great relationships with customers
• Manage teams of engineers and subcontractors
• Ensure accurate reporting of business activities

The Person:

• Project / Contracts Manager or similar
• Mechanical or Facilities Maintenance background
• Commutable to Portsmouth
