This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a long-established and highly respected M&E Building Services contractor based in Epsom.
Remuneration Package - Mechanical Project Manager:
- Base salary: £70,000 to£75,000depending on experience
- £5k car allowance

With a turnover approaching £50m, the company provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design, through to supply, installation and commissioning, predominantly to the retail and commercial fit-out sectors with project values ranging from £500k up to £5m. Projects are all located in London and surrounding areas.
You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e. Senior Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, MEP Project Manager, preferably with Commercial sector experience.
