AddressAs part of a succession plan the Directors, of this long-established Mechanical Services Contractor, are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager.
The company view this as a long-term appointment as they would want the successful candidate to become part of the Senior Management team over the medium term.
A key appointment for the business we are looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Project Manager who can demonstrate experience of managing the delivery of mechanical services projects incorporating Plant Rooms, Chilled/Hot Water packages, Pipework and HVAC systems.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of setting up project programs, resource planning and monitoring project budgets . The candidate will also have strong communication skills and have a track record of managing site-based teams.
The role will be based on project sites, which are predominately along the M4 and M40 Corridor into London, and out of the company HQ near High Wycombe .
You will be working in a range of sectors including NHS, Restaurants & Leisure and the Commercial office environment.
The successful candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering qualification, will be able to demonstrate a stable career background working as a Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Project Engineer, have strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
In return the candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £60k-£85k ( Dependent on experience), Company Car Allowance, Bonus & Benefits. They will also be mentored with a view to them stepping into a Senior Management role in the medium term.
