AddressA large HVAC Design & Build Contractor are looking for Project Managers who can demonstrate experience of delivering HVAC projects incorporating ducting, pipework and associated electrical services. Project Managers with experience of managing the installation of modular plant rooms would also be of interest.
Based on Project sites , as a Project Manager you will be delivering a range of HVAC & Plant Room projects across Berkshire, Bucks, Herts, Middlesex, Surrey, Central London & Greater London.
You will be responsible for setting up your project’s controls ( to manage risk & to monitor the commercials) & manage a project program.
You will also be required to manage teams of specialist, directly employed, mechanical engineers on each site, along with specialist Electrical subcontractors. You will be responsible for ensuring the work is delivered safely to the required standards on budget.
With a Mechanical Engineering qualification, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of setting up project programs, resource planning and managing project budgets . The candidate will also have strong communication skills and have a track record of managing site-based teams.
With a Mechanical bias the candidate MUST have worked for UK based HVAC OR M&E Contractor.
Experience of managing the integration of HVAC & Plant rooms is essential .
Exposure to the Rail or Nuclear Sector would also be of particular interest.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £60k-£90k Basic ( DOE) , 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Company Car Allowance, Bonus + Benefits, Ongoing training and development. Promotion opportunities.
