Salary – £75,000 to £80,000 depending on experience

About the Company
Based in Wiltshire, the company are a long established and well-respected M&E Building Services contractor predominantly involved in the Commercial sector, providing a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation and commissioning, and as a result of growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities, Experience, Skills and Desirable Attributes:
- Oversee and manage Mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard
- Manage and support the site teams
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes
- Reporting into the Directors and stakeholders
- You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager
- Commercial sector experience is an essential requirement
- Proven and successful track record of managing Mechanical projects from inception through to completion
- Ability to fully understand the client requirements, technical specifications, drawings and project requirements holistically
- Commercially astute, sound awareness of the contract terms ensuring adherence, as well as the ability to highlight risks to ensure that the business is commercially protected
- Excellent time management, ability to delegate and problem solve, prioritise key tasks and workload when working to strict deadlines
