Reporting to the Mechanical Services Director, you will be responsible for managing the mechanical trade packages and sub-contractors required to complete projects to ensure mechanical excellence is met across multiple sites mainly in London and the South East.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can manage both client and on-site teams in an engaging and professional way whilst promoting positive cultures and behaviours and can manage projects to the highest standard, on time and budget. You will be focussing on continuous improvement and meeting and exceeding the clients' expectations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and running the works packages professionally from site
- Maintaining strict financial controls
- Ensuring all works are to the highest standards of workmanship and quality
- Reviewing works packages and contractor orders to ensure scope is fulfilled
You will be able to demonstrate at least 5 years’ experience of managing mechanical / building systems design services and associated trades on site.

The company does not have a fixed salary scale and will pay an appropriate and fair salary based on experience and abilities.
