Mechanical Quality Inspector

Job title: Mechanical Quality Inspector Location: Southend-on- sea Rate: £14.45/hr Key Responsibilities •Mechanical inspection of clients produced assemblies at all levels incl, complete Seat/Galley assemblies, •Participation in Material Review Board activities as required, •Resolution of product quality issues, •Development and implementation of quality and control plans, •Participate in product and process improvement activities as required, •Participate in product development activities as required, •To assist with establishing and approving effective corrective action plans, •To assist with the identification of training and development needs of employees and to further assist with the delivery of training as required, •To adhere to Company policies and procedures, •To help create and maintain a safe working environment and observe the published Health and Safety procedures, •To be involved with and undertake on-site/off-site testing activities as required. •To carry out any other tasks where reasonable and relevant as required. Experience / Skills Experience working within an aerospace environment. Able to use all types of basic measuring equipment. Proficient in Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office suite Desired Experience/ Skills Previous experience working within a quality role. Mechanical inspection knowledge Qualifications English, Mathematics and Science GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above Recognised industry Apprenticeship For more information about the role or to enquire about any other positions we may have please contact Manju Kshatriya
