The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a housing association, who are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor based in Cornwall.

Our client a local housing provider in Cornwall, are looking for a Supervisor to join the team working within their Energy team.

Day to Day:

• Day to day management of the trades teams on site
• Arranging and coordinating programme of works
• Management of subbies on site
• Responsible for the retrofit works on site
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints
• Responsible for compliance reviews/ audits

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• NVQ Level qualified
• Strong plumbing, energy technical background
• Up to date knowledge of H&S
• Knowledge of CDM
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be IT literate
