As a Mechanical Technician, your role will involve:
Working on, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electrical and mechanical industrial rotating equipment, including motors, pumps, and gearboxes, at customer sites.Attending small and large customer sites to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.Performing workshop duties, including repairs on various industrial equipment, such as AC and DC motors, Motorised Gearboxes, Gearboxes, Pumps, Fan units, and other associated rotating equipment.About You: Mechanical Technician
To excel in this position, you should possess:
The ability to fault-find and identify and rectify defects and worn/damaged components.Basic electrical testing capability to assess the electrical condition of AC & DC components.Sound mechanical engineering knowledge to identify and rectify faulty and worn/damaged components and understand reclamation techniques and reverse engineering options.About Us: Mechanical Technician
