Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble hydraulic pumps, motors, and generators according to specifications and drawings.
- Interpret engineering drawings and work with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy.
- Possess the necessary skills to build aerospace products to exacting standards.
Requirements:
- Aerospace qualification or similar manufacturing assembly qualification is advantageous.
- Ability to work with small tolerances and attention to detail.
- Capability to gain a "stamp" to sign off work in compliance with relevant specifications.
- Diligent work ethic and commitment to quality.
Additional Duties:
- Participation in 5S and lean manufacturing activities.
- Involvement in layout and duty tech responsibilities.
Working Conditions:
- PAYE + Holiday Pay.
- £12.99 per hour (PAYE) + Holiday Pay.
- Overtime paid at time and a half for hours over 37 and Saturdays.
- Sundays and bank holidays paid at double time.
Working Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 0715-1545.
- Friday: 0715-1215.
