Typical responsibilities include:
- Produce training plans.
- Deliver high quality training & assessment.
- Manage Learners.
- Monitor learner progress against agreed targets.
- Reporting.
- Maintain Training facilities including equipment.
- Attend events as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified engineer to a minimum of Level 3 with proven knowledge of specialism in engineering related subject.
- Strong background in mechanical engineering including mechanical maintenance.
- Industrial experience.
- Minimum of Level 2 qualification or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Hold or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification.
- Hold or be willing to work towards an assessor’s qualification.
- An understanding of safeguarding practices and policies.
- Full driving licence.
Highly Desirable:
- An understanding of apprenticeship delivery.
- Leadership/ Management qualification.
- Electrical experience in Pneumatics, Hydraulic, Fitting or Assembly.
