Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Mechanical/Hydraulic Fitters on behalf of one of our prestigious clients, who are a Trailer manufacturer in the ST3 area.
What will you be doing?
- Installing HGV braking, suspension systems and hydraulic control systems that are associated with our lifting decks.
- Working from detailed and technical schematics/drawings and working to precise specifications on high spec vehicles.
- Making sure all work is completed to a high quality and accurately.
- Quality checking all work completed and resolving any issues that may have arisen.
- Working as part of a team and/or on your own to finish work within a timely and efficient manner.
What will you need to succeed for this role?
- You will need to have proven previous experience within Mechanical and or Hydraulic systems.
- Experienced in working with hand & air tools.
- A good keen eye to detail and precision in your work.
- Previous experience and good understanding in reading/working with engineering drawings.
- Ability to work on your own or a part of a team.
