Mechatronic Engineer
£40 - £45k per annum

Days - 40 hours per week
Fault find, diagnose and repair mechanical / electrical problems to achieve optimum performance.

Duties required for a Mechatronic Engineer
- Diagnose Mechanical and Electrical breakdowns
- Carry out any repair or maintenance
- Knowledge and proven experience of large plant / factory environment - 400v
- 3 phase 415 installation modification and rewiring
- Industrial and Domestic single phase
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Flexible, can do attitude - working as part of a team
- Control panels, invertors, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Changing distribution boards, replace motors, drives, gearboxes, senses and limit switches
- Fitting, testing
- Routine maintenance, servicing and prevention practices
- Deliver KPI's
Qualifications/ Experience required for a Mechatronic Engineer
- Proven CNC machine repair / maintenance - would be a distinct advantage
- 19th Edition
- Completed an Electrical Maintenance / Engineering qualification
- Fault finding using PLC programs, wiring diagrams and visual inspections
- Modifications to control circuits
- NVQ Level 3 qualifications and above expected for the role
- Competent at reading electrical drawings
- Experience with 3 phase systems - single and low voltage
Working hours of a Mechatronic Engineer
Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 15:00 and 06:00 - 12:00 Friday
Flexibility will be considered on these hours - for a day shift if that was more suitable.
Salary - £40 - £45k depending on experience
