Job description

Our client is a private GP and occupational healthcare group based in the heart of Edinburgh. The company was established in 2003 by a team of GPs who are committed to delivering health care in the best way possible. Today, they rank as one of Scotland’s leading private medical practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks involving secretarial, medical and general admin tasks, while always maintaining the most confidential approach and following all GDPR rules.

Responsibilities:

  • Typing up all medical notes for the medical staff
  • Dealing with incoming requests for patient care
  • Managing medical health bookings 
  • Managing inboxes and dealing with all incoming mail
  • Setting up new clients and dealing with invoices from clients
  • Dealing with a range of systems internally - you will be trained on this
  • All general administrative tasks

What we are looking for:

Salary:

£16,500 - £18,000 per annum

Working hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
